Drill hitch field repair

This field repair was the fix to last! By exposing the inside of the thick wall tubing, Travis could re-enforce this main structure for a permanent repair. This method didn't interfere with the externally mounted brackets and fixtures and resulted in a stronger point of load bearing for lasting strength of use in the field.

Electrical nightmare? Not for TK!

Once in a while a costly piece of equipment is rendered junk because electrical connections oxidize, become unreliable, and strand an operator in the middle of a job that needs completing! This is a prime example of a truck's control panel that time & elements destroyed. Travis was able to acquire replacement parts, put everything as it should be, & made this truck very profitable once more.

Engine Swap

Complete disassembly and then engine swap. Changing over to a good used engine so as to save the truck owner from a very costly engine failure repair. Sometimes this is what the owner needs. A skilled mechanic to facilitate a different approach to "getting it done".

30 Passenger party limo bus

This is a Freightliner we acquired from L.A. & drove it home. We then gutted & rebuilt a fun interior including a state-of-the-art sound system. We carry wedding, birthday, anniversary, & business holiday parties to different places within an hour of our bus 'barn-dominium' 517 Brooklyn Ave, Beloit.
